Help Dale Evans' Family with Funeral Costs
Donation protected
As many of you may or may not know Zach’s dad Dale was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer in December of 2019. Receiving treatment during the pandemic was a difficult task. With surgery, radiation, chemo pills, and some very expensive new treatment options he was able to slow the progression of the disease. Needing treatment for life to keep the cancer from spreading was necessary and extremely costly. Recently Dale started declining in July due to what we thought was pneumonia, but never complained. The cancer had spread to his lungs and all his lymph nodes. It was called neuro-endocrine small cell cancer, very fast spreading and we don’t know if it was related to his prostate cancer diagnosis. He got to spend some quality time with all of his loved ones up until his very last breath. Heaven gained the greatest man we’ve ever known. He went smiling and joking of course.
Dale was a Dentist, who wholeheartedly loved his job and every single one of his patients over the 50 years he practiced. He was talking about dentistry and all his wonderful patients until the very end. He loved serving and helping people. He also loved everything U.K., golf, and sports in general.
He had 4 amazing children Dale Jr., Melissa, Dane, and Zachary.
4 grandchildren Natalie, Lexi, D.J., and Kyler.
We are asking for any donations to help his wife Debbie, with the costs of all the funeral arrangements. This was sudden and most of their finances went to keep Dale alive as long as possible. Anything at all we would be so grateful for.

Today is his better day. We love you Dale.
