Help Dale Get Back on Track!
Sometimes bad things happen to the best of people, and they still keep their integrity, and positivity alive, wishing those the best even when it comes at a loss.
Dale , friend to all big and small, creative genius, ranger, videographer, and musician was the victim of a car theft/robbery just two days after Christmas. He shared his struggle and hope for the robbers (see below), and we were so bummed for him, but amazed by his warmth and compassion for those who stole from him. Instead of sitting back, we thought we would DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
Dale is was one the most giving, funny, talented people we know and we would like to help him replace his camera and help pay for some repairs to his vehicle. If you think you can help, we would appreciate getting him back on track, and making videos again.
See Dale's story of incident below:
"What a way to end 2016 with a big lesson learned. Stopped into the Berkeley REI on my way to pick up family from the airport. 40 or so minutes later, come to this. Near the front entrance too!
Thought I had everything secured and not in view but that didn't stop the person's curiosity. Lost my videocamera and all the accessories. Wanted to capture my 1 year old niece's first visit to CA. At this point, I just feel lucky to be alive and safe. But it hurts. It hurts a lot. Hope whoever has it now benefits their life in a positive way. Praying for peace and tranquility, 2017. #StayingPositive"
We don't have special perks (besides it will make you feel good), but your support will ripple out to the community, I promise you that. Thank you!
