Help Dale's Heart Attack Recovery

On May 24, Dale suffered a major heart attack at 36 years old. After undergoing two emergency procedures, having three stents implanted, and spending five days in the ICU and cardiac unit of the hospital, Dale is home and steadily recovering.

Since coming home, he has had several medical appointments each week to monitor his condition and the effects of his new medications. He is now beginning an intensive cardiac rehabilitation program to repair the damage caused to his heart by the heart attack and to help him return to full strength.

We are asking for your support in covering the unexpected costs of his treatment and recovery, as well as monthly bills and routine expenses while Dale remains out of work without pay as he recovers. Dale is feeling better and getting stronger every day, and any help you can provide will ease the financial stress of this difficult time and ensure Dale can continue to focus on his health.
