Help Dan Fight

Hi, my name is Dan. I'm a musician, but my most cherished title is father. I have been given many gifts in my life, but none compares to having four wonderful sons, I am blessed and grateful.

Anyone who knows me knows that I have had a very eventful medical history. In the interest of brevity, I am providing a list which states the major medical events that have challenged me. I had Hodgkin's disease (cancer) at age 19 which was cured after a year of chemotherapy and radiation. Over the past 35 years I've had skin cancer 23 times. When I was 41 I had 2 strokes. In 2014, I had Triple bypass surgery when I was 49. I had a third stroke at 53 which resulted in severe brain damage and rendered me disabled. When I was 56, I had Atrial Fibrillation. Most recently, non-small cell lung cancer. Although it was discovered early, new developments in my condition have forced me to seek alternative treatments. After much deliberation, I have chosen Hope for Cancer. The issue is there is a hefty out-of-pocket cost which will be about $49,000.00. To my friends, family, and friends I haven't met yet, I live for my children. Two are grown young men, of whom I am so very proud. I also have two little ones that would be devastated if I was to die, they're only 10 years old. I am convinced that my time here is not done, but I have to take action.
