Help Dan Garlick conquer cancer

For as long as I can remember my brother Dan has given of himself to others. Over the 60 years of his life he has travelled around the world preaching and helping those around the world.  A week ago he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, which has an average life expectancy of 5 months.  Dan runs a christian publishing company, La Espada, that was started by our dad Roland Garlick.  This company is run by donations of others.  His sons, Benjamin and Jonathan, work for La Espada as well, but do not have their own support.  With Dan being incapacitated for the foreseeable future, this greatly affects the operations of La Espada and living expenses of Dan and his family.  We are praying that God will lead people to donate enough money to keep La Espada running for the next 6 months.  That will give Benjamin and Jonathan enough time to raise their own support and keep La Espada running should Dan no longer be able to.  We don't know the cost of treatment yet, but we do know that it will be very expensive.  Of course we are praying for God's healing of Dan, but even more we are praying that God be glorified in this, regardless of the outcome.  Please prayerfully consider giving and even if you are unable to give, please pray that God be with Dan, his family and La Espada during this difficult time.  Constant updates will be posted on Facebook, you can follow Dan at https://www.facebook.com/daniel.t.garlick.  Please share this with others as well.  If you would like to know more about the La Espada ministry, you can go to https://en.laespada.org

Desde que tengo memoria, mi hermano Dan se ha entregado a los demás. A lo largo de los 60 años de su vida, ha viajado por todo el mundo predicando y ayudando a los de todo el mundo. Hace una semana le diagnosticaron cáncer de páncreas, que tiene una esperanza de vida promedio de 5 meses. Dan dirige una empresa editorial cristiana, La Espada, que fue iniciada por nuestro padre Roland Garlick. Esta empresa está dirigida por donaciones de terceros. Sus hijos, Benjamin y Jonathan, también trabajan para La Espada, pero no cuentan con su propio apoyo. Con Dan incapacitado en el futuro inmediato, esto afecta enormemente las operaciones de La Espada y los gastos de vida de Dan y su familia. Estamos orando para que Dios guíe a las personas a donar suficiente dinero para mantener a La Espada en funcionamiento durante los próximos 6 meses. Eso le dará a Benjamin y Jonathan el tiempo suficiente para reunir su propio apoyo y mantener a La Espada en funcionamiento si Dan ya no pudiera hacerlo. Aún no sabemos el costo del tratamiento, pero sí sabemos que será muy costoso. Por supuesto, estamos orando por la sanidad de Dan para Dios, pero aún más estamos orando para que Dios sea glorificado en esto, sin importar el resultado. Por favor, considere en oración dar e incluso si no puede hacerlo, por favor ore para que Dios esté con Dan, su familia y La Espada durante este difícil momento.
