Help Dana After Eaton Fire

Unfortunately, our very close family friend, Dana Schlossberg, lost her apartment and all her belongings in the Eaton Fire.

So many of her friends and family have reached out to her as to how they can help. I (Katy Weingarten) wanted to start this fund for her so that there was one easy place for people to help our wonderful friend, given how many people offered to help on Facebook.

I'm sure anyone who knows Dana knows that she would be the first in line to help any of her friends if they were going through something, no matter how big or small. Many of us have experienced her supportive friendship, caring nature, and thoughtfulness. She is safe, but needs help.

Dana and her kitties thank you for anything that you can spare to help her get on her feet. We love you, Dana!

Gofundme wants me to write the following: I am Katy Weingarten. Dana Schlossberg is my family friend. I have known her for 13 years. She is a surrogate Aunt to my daughter. We both live in Southern California. She has been a long-time resident of Alta Dana and I live in North Hollywood, a place where Dana used to live many years ago. The funds will be spent by giving all the money to Dana so she can get anything she needs, i.e. a deposit on a new place to live, clothes, furniture, housewares, a bed, sheets, and anything we all take for granted that we have in our daily lives.
