Help Dana with post seizure transport and tech

Hi friends. Our favorite freckled energizer bunny is recovering at home after being hospitalized for two grand mal seizures. She likely will not be able to drive or bike for six months for safety reasons and will need a lot of love and support while she adjusts to this new normal. She will also need to be able to get around, so the best gift you could give now aside from love is money toward a Lyft ride fund so she can maintain her independence. Any amount would be helpful, now or weeks from now. Rides would also be helpful.

The other goal is to get her an Embrace watch, which detects seizure activity, even in her sleep, and notifies her emergency contacts. It is sleek and cute but costs $280 up front and $10 a month for the app. It will not be forever but would be a helpful tool over the next six months.

The final goal is to wrap her up in community support, love and company, in small doses, as she recovers. This was very scary for Dana and everyone who loves her, so if you feel moved to provide support (stone fruit, short hikes in the woods, hugs), please do.
