Help dancers get to Dance World Cup Finals -Prague 2024

GMK Dance Company are one of Wales's leading Dance and performing arts centres based in the heart of Merthyr Tydfil.

Our very talented dancers have qualified to represent Wales at the prestigious Dance World Finals in Prague June/July 2024

This will be our 7th year of qualifying for the Dance World Cup which is a great honour.

Previous years have proved very successful and we are glad to say that GMK is home to many World Champions as well as also bringing home silver and gold medals.

It is a huge achievement to have qualified to represent our country again in this large international event but it is one that comes at a huge expense - entry fees, travel, accommodation, food and of course many many costumes. In most cases the cost is in excess of £2000 per dancer and we have 23 dancers taking part.

We are fundraising to try and help take the financial strain off our dancers and their families so that they may fulfil this amazing opportunity.
