Help Daniel on his road to recovery
Donation protected
As some of you may know by now, my dad (Daniel Galindo) has been in the Arkansas Heart Hospital in Bryant for nearly 2 weeks now. He got covid at the end of September and has been very sick, he was getting better, but a blood clot that formed in his leg had made its way to his Lungs. He collapsed at home and was then rushed to the ER. He coded 2 times went into Cardiac Arrest 3 times, and we were told he may not make it, which is something no family wants too here. All our family pulled together and began to pray for a miracle. Dad is now off the ventilator after 8 days and showing signs of improvement, we are so grateful that he is still with us it’s been a rough time for us all. My mom hasn’t left his side since the incident. He will need continuing Rehabilitation Care for several months and therapy till however long it takes his body and mind to heal. No one can say how long this could take. Only time will tell. My dad currently does not have any health insurance, so it’s become a lot on my mom. My parents not only are running a small family-owned business, which they were both working full time, but they also have my sister and 3 nieces that they are raising. Between the both of them it’s been over a month since they have been able to work, thankfully with the help of me, my uncle ben (Ben Davis) and family friend Correy Melson we’ve been keeping the shop going because we all know that’s what my dad would want, and I know he’s proud of us for being so strong and pushing forward. My mom and dad are not ones to ever ask for anything, they are normally the ones who will always give to those in need no matter the circumstances. So, I am asking for love, help, support and prayers for my parents during this time. Any donations would be greatly appreciated. Medical expenses and care is not cheap. I have some who are asking where they can donate, you can donate here on the sight or you can come by our shop at 2005 N. Reynolds Rd. Bryant. We thank you and God bless to everyone who donates and has us in their prayers.
Sincerely, the Galindo family.
