Help Daniel Replace Stolen Vehicle and Instruments

My name is Daniel Anderson and I’m a full time musician from the Raleigh, NC area. You may have seen me/heard me performing with regional “swamp soul” powerhouse Jim Quick and Coastline, or Nashville based blues/soul songstress Gina Sicilia, more recently Mel Melton and The Wicked Mojos, and a plethora of other local acts including my own band, Daniel Anderson and Heroic Dose. I also host multiple local open jam sessions each week.

I always thought that the reason I would be starting a GoFundMe would be to raise funds for the upcoming Daniel Anderson and Heroic Dose EP that is currently being worked on but that all changed in the early hours of this past Saturday morning when I discovered that my 2005 Trailblazer and all of the gear in it had been stolen from a friends house. Not to mention other personal items and several hundred dollars in cash that were taken.

All in all, the total value of JUST the gear comes up to at least $12,000. There were multiple “one of one” pieces of guitar gear that were made just for me. Three entire guitar rigs gone. Also gone is an entire PA system with 3 JBL speakers and a Yamaha mixer, plus a brand new small lighting system, all of which I use multiple times per week at the jams I host at The Corner Tavern in Cary and Fainting Goat Brewing Company.

Anyone who knows me well, knows that it takes a lot for me to ask anyone for help, and here I am. Insurance will not cover the items in the vehicle, or really the vehicle itself, as it only has liability, so if you have anything to help me regain my livelihood and sense of self, it would be greatly appreciated, not only by me, but by the people who come out and participate in these open jams.

Also be on the look out for a burgundy 2005 Chevy Trailblazer, NC plate KDW-3432 with a small dent in the rear passengers side.
