Help Danielle Fight Breast Cancer!

Hello everyone.

My name is Adrianna and I am writing this with a very heavy heart. A few weeks ago, my mom discovered a lump in her right breast. After further exams and multiple biopsies, we got the devastating news that she has stage 2 breast cancer. They told us the type of cancer she has is very aggressive and is going to require many treatments and surgeries that will take up, at least, the remainder of this year.

In just these few weeks she has already endured a whirlwind of appointments, imaging, blood tests, biopsies and the real work to kill this cancer has not even started. Chemotherapy will start next week and continue for about six months. Surgery will follow and then radiation. That is all we know so far.

My mom Danielle is my favorite person in this whole entire world. It breaks my heart to see what she is facing ahead of her and it really scares me too but I can’t let her see that. My mom is a fighter and has always been a fighter for those who she loves and I know she will be strong for us because she has so much to live for. She lives her life built on kindness and resilience and despite all the pain, sadness and uncertainty this has brought into her life already, she continues to show the incredible strength and determination to beat this. From the tragedy of losing her 3 brothers to a whirlwind of other things and now my mom having to face the biggest toughest most hardest thing she’ll ever have to face and fight through. She never wants me to see her crying or sad but I have and she’ll just pretend she’s ok but I know deep down inside my mom is so scared with a million different things going on in her mind and her heart.

As we all know, cancer places such a big financial burden on those who suffer from it. My mom has already been unable to work steadily due to a neck and back injury she got from a really bad car accident last year. My mom had to stop working because she was about to have surgery next month in April. A surgery now placed on hold until the cancer is dealt with and recovered from. My mom is just going through so much and I need her. I need my mom. Everything is weighing so heavy on her and she’s trying so hard to think mostly of me. That’s my mom. She’s my best friend and my everything. She’s always been there for everyone and is the most loving, kindest and most selfless person I’ve ever known.

So I’m asking everyone, if they can, to help my mom through this financially so she can focus on beating this horrible disease and getting back to my moms normal self, to the light and love she was all before this.

Daniella has always been a great person to everyone; super loving, supporting and caring of everyone. She now needs all of our help to fight this beast that’s grown inside of her. She has a loving daughter as you all know who is also in the middle of college, with her mom being so sick and in and out of the hospital there is no way she can financially support herself or her daughter. Medical bills will be hard to pay as well as for their basic needs. We ask for everyone to please share this with everyone that may know Daniella to help her reach her goal to allow her to start the journey of this battle without worrying about financial difficulties. This will allow her to ease her mind and focus on getting better. Anything and everything helps and nothing will go unseen. She will be very grateful for every little bit given.
