Help Danna conquer leukemia

Danna, a loving wife, daughter, mother, grandmother, and friend to many, has shown incredible resilience in her battle against acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Born and raised in the Salisbury area, her journey began in June 2023 when she received her diagnosis after visiting the ER due to severe pain. Despite the devastating news, Danna went into fight mode, undergoing multiple rounds of chemotherapy and spending five months in the hospital and a month home recovering before being declared cancer-free. However, in September 2024, she received the heartbreaking news that her leukemia had returned. Currently undergoing chemotherapy again, Danna will soon travel to Halifax in January for at least 100 days to receive an allogeneic stem cell transplant. Her husband plans to be with her as much as possible to support her in this extremely difficult time, so I hope we can come together to make this challenging time easier for them by helping with travel, food, and accommodation expenses.
