Help Danny Get His Own Double Bass

Hey everyone,

I'm reaching out to share something really special that’s happening in Danny’s life—and to ask for a little help along the way.

Danny’s been playing the double bass since middle school, and over the years, I've watched him grow into a truly passionate and dedicated musician. He’s played with the Sarasota Youth Orchestra, his high school’s orchestra and jazz band, and even recently performed with the Bradenton Symphony Orchestra. It’s been amazing to see where music has taken him.

Up until now, Danny’s been using school-owned instruments. They've served him well, but as he prepares for his future in music, it’s time for him to finally get an instrument of his own. A double bass that’s truly his—one he can grow with and call home.

The truth is, quality instruments don’t come cheap. But here’s the good news: the Waffles Foundation has generously offered to match a portion of our fundraiser to help make this dream a reality. That means every dollar you give gets us even closer to putting a bass in Danny’s hands that’s worthy of his talent and hard work.
