Help Danny Jansen on His Long Haul to Recovery
On the morning of February 5th, Danny Jansen’s life changed in an instant. While on Donner Pass, he was struck by another semi-truck and thrown down a snowy embankment, leaving him with life-threatening injuries. He was airlifted to Renown Regional Medical Center in Reno, Nevada, where he has been fighting for his life in the ICU. He has sustained orbital fractures which need facial reconstruction surgery, five broken ribs, a broken humerus, compromised lungs, a heart working triple time, and spinal injuries resulting in a spinal fusion and lots of road rash.
Danny, 46, is a loving partner, brother, uncle and son—someone who has always been there for others. An artist at heart, Danny expresses his creativity through music, photography and art offering a cool and unique perspective to the world. His guitar recordings have provided his family with comfort and strength, helping them stay focused on his journey to recovery.
Now, he needs our support. By his side every step of the way are his devoted partner, Vanessa, and his sister, Sara, who immediately dropped everything to be with him. As they focus on Danny’s recovery, they are facing mounting medical expenses, travel costs, and the financial strain of being away from work.
We are asking for your help to ease this burden so Danny can receive the care he needs without added financial stress on his family. Any donation, big or small, will go toward medical bills, recovery expenses, and supporting his family as they remain by his side.
Danny is strong, but he has a long road ahead. Your kindness and generosity mean the world to his loved ones. Please consider donating and sharing this fundraiser to help Danny on his journey to healing.
Thank you for your support.
