Help Daphne through Chemo

My friend Daphne is an amazing woman, mom, and a hard worker. She is currently going through chemotherapy for a rare form of cancer called LCH- Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis. It’s a rare disorder that occurs when the body makes too many dendritc

cells (a form of white blood cells). These cells can be found in the skin, lungs, stomach, bones, eyes, and intestines and play a large role in the immune system. One in four million adults has this rare form of cancer.

Daphne is one of the most hardworking young woman that I have ever met. Her consistency and drive always puts her in a position to succeed. With the onset of this illness, Daphne continues her drive no matter what the obstacles are, showing perseverance in her ability to manage her life, raise her seven-year-old son, and continue working full-time throughout her chemo, never giving up and never asking for help.

I am asking for help for my best friend since she won’t ask for help herself. Any contribution will make her life easier. We have a lot of gratitude for this site to be able to receive help.
