Help Darquita get custody of her kids

My ex husband suffers from PTSD. After 9 years I left my abusive relationship. I have been called numerous derogatory names, spit on, choked unconscious, and taken advantage of. I stayed for the sake of our kids, sacrificing  my happiness and mental well-being. When I made the decision to leave,  he threatened to take my kids and leave me with nothing. He has done just that. He had me served with a restraining order. I was unable to return home or be with my kids. He took money from my bank account and kept my personal belongings. I was homeless living house to house. I filed for modification of a parent plan, to relocate with the kids. I was originally granted Custodial custody in our divorce decree. I was the primary provider for our kids. His unpredictable behavior has caused me to fear for my children’s safety. This man has constantly threatened, harassed, lied, and stolen from me. My ex continues to  to keep the kids from me. He locked them in their bedroom, and the police were called. Because he had a witness “his friend”I was arrested and spent Thanksgiving holiday in jail. When I went to Family court  I was granted supervised visitation every other  weekend. The court is overlooking evidence I have submitted. He is a narcissist and is using our kids to hurt me. I am in need of legal representation.  I am being railroaded by the system and I don’t know what else to do. The divorce attorney retainer is $3500 with a $300 dollar hourly rate. I need help so I can regain custody of my kids. They are my everything and everyday without them I am dying.
