Help Dave beat Leukaemia

Dave was suddenly and unexpectedly diagnosed with Leukaemia in October 2019. This is a very aggressive type of cancer. After spending the last 9 weeks in hospital - Dave now faces the fight of his life.

For the next 6 months Dave will be going through a long and grueling series of chemotherapy, blood transfusions and spinal taps.

Dave started teaching full time in 2019 and was devastated to leave his kindy class mid-year. He is now unable to work and provide for his family. Due to the treatments he has to have, he will not be able to go back to work until school term 3.

With all the extra medical costs and being down one salary it will be a struggle for Alisha and Dave to be able to look after their three beautiful girls and stay in their home, so Dave and Alisha can use all the help they can get.

This is a huge devastation to the Bartlett family but they have a wonderful and supportive community of family and friends  and have appreciated all the help, phone calls, meals, love and prayers so far.

Dave and Alisha would never ask for help themselves so that’s why we set up this page to support them. There are 2 ways that we're asking for your help:
