Support Dave Grace

Dear members of the Olympia Family 

Here is an update on Dave’s legal battle. 

As previous information has stated, Dave Grace urgently needs our help, and he is fighting for the future of Olympia Sports Camp. 

After struggling for two years because of COVID, a business agreement was made to support the camp through this period. The terms of this agreement are now in dispute and litigation is required. The outcome of this litigation will impact the operations and ownership of the Camp. 

The litigation process has begun. A preliminary meeting was held on Oct 12 2022. Thanks to all who have supported Dave so that he was able to have legal representation at this preliminary meeting. This is just the start. 

The court date has been set for January 2023. Dave will need continued financial assistance to continue with this battle, since he cannot use money in the Camp’s account to fund the legal costs for this process. The litigation process will cost Dave $50,000 by December 5th and subsequently additional funds will be needed throughout January. 

With scams seemingly all around us it is understandable for some to be doubtful, but this is no hoax. Olympia and Dave have influenced thousands of lives over generations and now it is up to us to make sure the camp can influence and guide future generations. The amount may seem daunting, but any support will be appreciated.
