Help David and Eva recover from LA Fires

Please help my 80-year-old brother, David (Zelczak) Carmichael and his wife Eva Montealegre (Zelczak) who had a devastating loss of their home---every belonging is gone, and their special needs dog, as they narrowly escaped the relentless California fires.

David and Eva are struggling to figure out how to move forward from here to their future.
