Help David and Eva recover from LA Fires

Please help my 80-year-old brother, David (Zelczak) Carmichael and his wife Eva Montealegre (Zelczak) who had a devastating loss of their home---every belonging is gone, and their special needs dog, as they narrowly escaped the relentless California fires.
