Help David and His Son Keep Their Home

Hello, my name is David. Some of you may know me as a family member or friend; to others, I'm a stranger. I never thought I'd be in this situation and decide to start a GoFundMe for myself. But here I am.
My life has changed recently, as some of you may know, and my household has gone from a two-person to a one-person income. I work full-time and have 50% custody of my son. He's adorable and doing well. We have a small place, no space for roommates. Things were tight the past year, but I was managing. Then a perfect storm hit us. My mortgage was increased over $100 a month, while my income was further reduced by hundreds due to my changing tax filing status (even with a recent raise, I am not where I was). Thinking to improve the energy efficiency of the house, I had new windows installed, as our old ones were failing, so that was over $12k, financed. But then, right before the recent cold snaps, our hot water tank burst, ~$1600 for that financed, and then our over 40-year-old furnace started to go, rusting out and needing costly repairs. With winter looming, I decided I had to get us safe heat. $6500 for that, financed. I also have my vehicle to be able to get my son to and from daycare, and that payment is a costly $350 a month, with $9700 remaining. I'm maxed out on my home equity. Can't pull from my retirement account. I'm facing a really unsettling financial future. On top of all this, I've had some recent medical procedures done, and due to deductible rules and the new 2025 year, I got stuck with a $400 bill recently. Payment plan and all. But it seems like things just keep coming. My car is up for inspection this month, and I'm dreading the results of that.
I'm currently looking for a second job. I've got applications in and am planning to submit more. The challenging part is juggling my availability and shared custody, and I'm only available for secondary work in the evenings. It's proving difficult, and my mental health has been suffering with the increasing uncertainty of whether we'll be able to keep the house. I tried to donate plasma to get some extra help, and due to my anxiety and nerves, I was denied due to my pulse being too high. They had me rest and try again in 10 minutes, and it was higher.
We love our home (which I've invested so much in now), we love our neighborhood, and there's a great school nearby for when my son is ready (he's currently 2 and a half).
If anyone is able to help us out, it would be life-changing for us. By helping me pay off some of the car in advance, I can focus remaining income on paying off the home repairs financing faster. I plan on adding updates about my job search and when/if some of these things get paid off.
Thanks so much, love to you all!
