Help David Andrews Rebuild After Eaton Fire
Donation protected
This fundraiser is being set up by Jay Andrews in Colorado for my brother David Andrews, who lost his home and everything he owned in the Eaton Fire in Altadena, CA. The current wave of devastating fires in Southern California has impacted so many, especially those who lost everything. Dave was able to leave the house with only the clothes he was wearing and his St. Bernard dog, Rose. If you wish to send a donation directly by Zelle, message me and I will forward Dave's contact information for Zelle (GoFundMe automatically retracted the contact information)
Dave is well known by friends, family, and the local community as the guy who helps others out when they need it and will show up with the resources and help to get the job done. Today, Dave needs the type of help that he has so often given to others. Take a look around your house right now and imagine it all gone in an instant. These are the things that Dave needs to replace to help him get back to a normal life.
Dave has been a regular volunteer for so many years at the Rose Parades in both Pasadena, CA and in Portland, OR. He has also volunteered for air shows, elections, and other emergency events by providing needed communications and support for these events. Let's all come together and volunteer to help Dave get his life back to normal.
Funds collected in this fundraiser will go directly to Dave to assist him in replacing everything he owns, covering deductibles, and other expenses arising as a result of his loss from the fire.
You can view the damage to the area on community sourced map which includes Dave's house along with so many other structures that have been damaged or completely lost. You can search "Eaton Fire Reports" on Google to view the map. This map continues to change hour by hour as the fire continues to spread its devastation.
