Help David Brent Wheeldon Avoid Paralysis

This is for David Brent Wheeldon. He has been diagnosed with severe cervical spinal stenosis. Since he does not qualify for insurance, the hospital, Saint Luke's in Kansas City, is requiring a $20,000 down payment before they'll perform the surgery he needs to avoid becoming paralyzed, or it leading to his death. He has about 3/4 of that, but he can't work, so there is no way for him to come up with the rest. He's in desperate need for this surgery. If you can give, he would very much appreciate it.
