Help David Care for His Ailing Parents

I was about to say "Sorry for doing this" but I'm not, we need help and you don't get help if you don't ask for it. My mom has Lewy Body Dementia and it's getting worse. I need to stay at home and help her and I can't do that and work. One reason is that I need second shift and it has to be close to home and I live in a very small town and have pretty much had to quit or been fired from all of the jobs in the area because I have to miss work or leave early to help my parents. Another issue is I am almost 57 with seven surgeries under my belt and chronic migraines so working fulltime (to have insurance) and helping my parents is going to kill me. That brings me to Pop who is falling apart and can only drive a few miles from home and soon won't be able to help mom and I will have them both to help.

(I know this is long but bear with me because I really want to explain why I am asking for help.)

Having said all that I am meeting soon with a social worker to see if I can get disability myself or find another avenue to get paid for taking care of my parents but in the meantime I am still looking for work, but as I said it was slim pickins' when I moved here to take care of them six years ago (from Dallas to Tennessee) and it's really bad now that I keep losing what work I do find. So we as a family need some help financially for bills and such in the meantime. Anything will help.

PS: I arrived at the amount I am asking for because that is what I would have made in a month at the job that just fired me for leaving work to get my mom out of a situation at the hospital where they were causing more harm than good.
