Cadence Magazine has always looked to contributors to fill the financial gaps not covered by subscription revenues.
Your gift helps keep this vital jazz magazine alive and well. Each contribution is a step towards protecting the future of this music. If you can, now is the time to help.
No amount is too small.

Help David Haney - Cadence Magazine preserve the stories and lives of underserved musical artists.

Cadence Magazine started in 1976 by Bob Rusch, set the standard in jazz for an independent free press. As publisher since 2012 Cadence has maintained a steadfast dedication to the elite community of outstanding, unspoken heroes, the jazz, blues, avant-garde, improvising musicians.
The main purpose of Cadence Magazine has been to provide a much-needed service to the underserved artists by shining a light on their work and providing coverage of their efforts. Cadence has a loyal, worldwide readership of knowledgeable, hard-core improvised music fans who find things in Cadence they can't find anywhere else. Providing this kind of documentation is what is needed and what is crucial to our culture. To share these stories and interviews is imperative and important in these ever-changing times.

Yours in Hope & Music, David Haney
