Help David Kalamar re-build his future
On May 12th our dear sweet Friend David Kalamar suffered a stroke at his home in Washington, DC. Since then he has been at GW hospital recuperating, recovering and working his way through rehabilitation. David's spirits are high, his sarcasm and sense of humor are completely in tact. So much so it is keeping his medical staff in stitches. David is very aware that his determination to beat what cards have been dealt to him is at the forefront of his recovery. No doubt and no surprise that David is one of the hospitals favorite patients.
As we all know, David has to be one of the sweetest and most selfless people in our lives. This GoFund Me has been set up so that we can all rally around David now and be there for him as he rebuilds his life. David continues to surprise his doctors and his rehabilitation team with the tremendous progress he is making to regain full mobility. He continues to improve daily but there is still a road of recovery that will need to happen before he is completely independent once again.
If you are able to assist, please do so. It may a bit longer before David will be able to return to work.
Please continue to send good thoughts of healing power to David! He knows he is surrounded by a circle of love from his family and family of friends. Especially on his birthday that he celebrated in the GW Hospital courtyard ringing in #55!
Thank you in advance from David. He has been overwhelmed with the outpouring of kindness and love during this difficult time. If you are able to share this with friends who know or have known David, that would be a huge help as we know there are still friends who are not aware of the stroke that David suffered in mid May.
Peace and Love to All.
