Help David Overcome Debt Amidst Health Struggles

Hello, my name is David I am a father of two amazing kids. I work very hard for them struggling through a disease that causes ulcers and pain in my legs. I am currently seeking help to pay a debt and clear a wage garnishment. I am barely scraping by as is I didn't need it made any harder.

The debt is from a former residency I never received notice of owing anything so finding a summons on my door was a shock.
