Help David Replace His Stolen Bicycle

Donation protected

On the morning of October 10th, between 12:00am and 6:00am, my bicycle, a 2011 Cannondale Trail SL2, was stolen from in front of my mother’s house. A police report was filed, but due to the theft taking place over the holiday weekend, the cameras have been unable to be reviewed. The likelihood of my bike being found is very slim as the culprit has a three day head start.

My bicycle is my primary means of transportation. I ride recreationally, but most importantly I ride my bicycle to and from work. I am the sole provider for myself, my girlfriend, and our two children aged four years, and three months.

I am hoping to get a like for like replacement because I know that this bike can handle the elements and anything I throw at it. This is important because as long as the roads are clear, I ride my bicycle through winter as well.

If I reach my goal I will be buying myself a new bicycle. If I surpass my goal, money will be spend on safety related items that were also stolen, such as a headlight, taillight, bike lock, etc. If the goal is surpassed in a way that I am able to buy everything I need, the extra will be going towards providing my children with what they need this holiday season.

Thank you for reading, and I appreciate any donation whether it be big or small.
