Help Davien get to the U.S. Army Bowl 2022!!!

Please help us get Davien to the US Army Bowl for America's biggest week of football!

I am so proud of my son, Davien, and I think you will be too. Davien is an extremely dedicated 6th-grade student-athlete. He started playing football in 3rd-grade back in 2019 and fell in love with the sport. He plays and trains year-round with several organizations. He has been praised by his coaches for his excellent sportsmanship and how "coachable" he is. He studies football like it is an art and keeps his grades up. Davien is a well-rounded player because of his willingness to learn and step out of his comfort zone. He earned his spot several times and teams over for both starting offense and defense positions against tough competition.

Davien was recently selected to represent Team Massachusetts at the National Middle School All-Star Championship at the US Army Bowl in Frisco, TX, home of the Dallas Cowboys, December 12-18. The top middle school athletes in the country will be playing in this championship. They will also partake in a national combine during the week to be officially and nationally ranked. Private School Scouts will be present, potentially opening doors for opportunities for his future that we otherwise couldn't afford. This entire experience is truly a dream come true for Davien. He has worked incredibly hard, and the recognition of being selected is an accomplishment of its own.

This incredible experience comes with a price. With the short notice and the holiday season among us, we need your help to get him there. I am a full-time working mother of three, also pursuing a full course load, struggling to make ends meet in this economy. One thing Davien has been asking for this year is to have more experiences instead of presents. Davien has never been on an airplane, but that is his biggest wish. Davien has two younger siblings under the age of 3. He has had to give up a lot in the past few years because he is no longer an only child. He has done so without complaint, putting family first, and is an incredible role model for his younger siblings. I would love for him to have this golden opportunity and I need your help to get him there.

This will be a core memory for him surely. I have no doubt this chance of a lifetime will provide him with lifelong lessons and skills beyond the gridiron. Davien has worked very hard to earn this. Davien has embraced athletics as a means of learning responsibility, fortitude, and integrity, and it has been wonderful to watch him grow into it. with the holidays looming and the economy being what it is, a $4,000 educational trip is very hard for us to meet. If there's anything that you can donate to help us set Davien up for success, my son and our family will remain eternally grateful. All monies donated will be spent on Davien's registration and coaching and training, hotel, flights, food, and car rental.
