Help Davy Recover from Sailboat Tragedy

Hello my name is Davy ,two months ago my sailboat sank in the Indian River. I lost my home & all my belongings . The last 2 months have been exhausting, I've tried everything possible to raise my boat but have only had minimal forward progress . To make things worse, someone cut the ropes that go to the top of the mast one of the only nights I couldn't camp out & keep my eye on it. Having a rope to the mast top is a necessity when pulling a boat with a keel off ground. Most of my struggle has been mother nature , every time I gain ground I'm slammed right back down to square one or square zero. Between gas & food , it's taken every last bit of savings I had to survive .i've been scraping by but this tragedy has just about tapped me out. Help me please ! Thank you
