Help Dawn Elizabeth Percival with Medical Costs

Dear Friends,

 

Our beloved, mother, sister and friend, Dawn Elizabeth Percival, was involved in a horrific accident. On Saturday, December 18th, a drunk driver slammed into her and she is in the hospital with critical injuries. She sustained a broken neck, severe injuries to her leg that resulted in the amputation of one leg, injuries to her arms, and other medical challenges. It is undoubtedly a miracle from God that she is with us, and we praise Him for His watch care over our beloved sister and friend.

 

Liz is a loving mother, sister, and friend to many. Her untiring service to others provides food and other necessary supplies to her community. Her love of cooking has fed thousands, her visitation of the sick and shut-in, her generosity in giving whatever she had to help those in need are some of her many endearing characteristics. Liz has touched so many of our lives and is a fun-loving individual and brings happiness everywhere she goes. Liz served in many capacities, such as Vice-President of the Houston Bay Area Women's Ministries, Women's Ministry, Music, and Community Service leader of her local church. She also served as a member of the Executive and Marriage and Divorce Committees of her church organization, the Southwest Region Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. Presently she serves as the Ushers Coordinator.

 

I am sure you can imagine the medical cost of her treatment, upcoming recovery, and special equipment and lifts that will be needed for her to come home. This has placed a hardship on her family and as they work through the hurdles and issues with the cost of her medical care and recovery needs, we ask you to please consider a generous contribution to assist them. We cannot tell you how your support, prayers, and love means.

 

Isaiah 41:10 (NIV) tells us, "So do not, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
