Help Deacon Jim Get Home
Donation protected
Dear all,
We are reaching out to ask for your help in a time of need. On Sunday, April 23rd, our father Deacon Jim Puliatte fell ill with pneumonia, suffered two strokes, and has an acute blood infection while vacationing internationally. The hospital does not have the equipment or medical personnel to treat him and said it's a medical emergency to have him flown privately on an air ambulance.
As a result, we need to urgently arrange for a medical evacuation via air hospital to transport him to a local hospital in the United States for proper care. However, we are facing a significant financial burden as this is not being covered by insurance. These funds will be used to help us offset the costs of getting Deacon Jim home as well as hospitalization and rehabilitation once he returns.
This is where we humbly ask for your support. Any contribution, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated by the entire Puliatte family. Your generosity would help us cover the expenses of this essential medical transportation and ease the burden on our family during this difficult time once we can get Deacon Jim back on the road to recovery.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for considering our request and for keeping Deacon Jim in your thoughts and prayers.
Sincerely,
The Puliatte Family
