Help Dean Overcome Cancer and Medical Bills

My dear friend, Dean, has been diagnosed with metastatic small-cell lung cancer. He's had two brain tumors removed so far and has a hard road ahead. Medical bills are piling up, and he's only just begun his journey. He lives with and cares for his elderly mother and won't be able to return to work for an indeterminate period of time.
