Help Deana Wireman with medical and life expenses.
Donation protected
On her way to work on November 8th, Deana was struck by a vehicle that was being pursued by the local police that ran through a stop sign and violently struck her at maximum speeds. Due to life-threatening injuries, she was airlifted to South Bend Memorial Hospital and put into surgery immediately. She suffered breaks in her right arm and leg and also several fractured ribs. On top of having COPD, these fractured ribs and pain medication makes it hard for her to breathe. She had to go through four surgeries and will have several months of pain inducing recovery without being able to work
She is traumatized, and will suffer with flashbacks and be terrorized in her sleep for many many months to come. Due to not having any medical insurance, and being out of work, she currently faces thousands upon thousands of medical bills and living expenses that are yet to be determined. She was simply at the wrong place at the wrong time. We are so very lucky to still have her on this Earth, but are also overwhelmed with the bills that are to come. Anything would help.
