Help Deanna and Robert Bring There Brother Home

Hello my sister,(Deanna Phillips Savage),and I ,(Robert Phillips),are trying to bring our little brother home.

Scott Phillips 12-16-70 to 10-14-24

Let me tell you all that has happened since 10-14-24.

Our brother Scott Phillips had a heart attack on 10-11-24.

On 10-14-24 the hospital got him up to walk at which time he passed out and fell to his knees.

The doctor says a blood clot went to his lung.

For over an hour the doctor's and nurses attempted life saving measures to bring him back.

My sister had to make the hardest decision of her life and have the doctor stop performing life saving measures.

He flat lined moments later, he was only 53.

I had to do the same decision with my first wife and stop life saving measures. It is such a difficult decision to make

You think afterwards what if I had let it continue would they come back. In the long run it puts them through more pain and suffering.

The doctors broke my wife's ribs doing chest compressions. My sister is having the same thoughts running through her mind, "What If",.

With difficulty the money to go to Missouri was raised, we traveled to Missouri to fulfill our brothers last wishes.

While our brother Scott was in the hospital his neighbor, Lena Simon's of Mexico Missouri, inserted her self into his affairs. Scott's girlfriend he was taking care of, has dementia,and is using that to get all she can from our brother. Why? GREAD.

While we were driving to Missouri she went into our brother's house to " pack his belongins up". We were still 6 hours away. We arrived that night and went by the trailer and all the lights were out so we decided to come by that morning.

I called the girlfriend that morning she told us to come by. after we arrived we we're met by the Mexico Missouri police and the sheriff's dept. they sided with neighbor who is no kin to him and kept us from going in. Instead the officers went in to look for the needed papers. Scott file cabinet and his safes were empty. My brother kept meticulous records, he saved bills,receipt,and other important documents. The house had been scacked by Lena. That's the only way they could be empty, after all she went into our brother's house to pack his belongins. They wouldn't let us take anything. We had to go buy clothing for him.

We had to do our viewing with him in a body bag. It all seemed so wrong.

Currently we do not know the name of the Insurance company so we need help getting Scott home to North Carolina.

He has been cremated and we can't get him home without having the needed funds.

We need to pay for the cremation, shipping, and urn for him and a memorial service.

Please help any way you can.

Please help us bring Scott home.
