Help Deb with medical transport expenses

As many of you know, Deb has been hospitalized for several weeks with complications from an infection. She is currently in a hospital in Tulsa, making it difficult for her family to navigate her care. At this time, it is still unclear exactly what is going on, but Deb is incapacitated to the point of being unable to care or advocate for herself or even travel by normal means. The family would like to have her transferred to a hospital in Colorado to be evaluated and then possibly placed in a skilled Nursing facility. A transfer of this sort would not be deemed a medical necessity and therefore would not be covered by insurance. We feel it is important to have her close to her family at this time. We are looking into a few options for transportation, but need to confirm with her doctor what the best option would be. Please post anything you feel might be helpful not just money as this was very sudden and we are navigating through unknown waters. We will update here as we have more information.
