Help Debbie Recover from Hurricane Helene
Donation protected

Hello friends of Debbie Stuebs! I have opened this campaign to help one of the kindest and beautiful souls that I (and you) have ever had the pleasure to know. Debbie lost her family home to the floods of Hurricane Helene last week. There is a lot of loss and suffering for so many people from the storm--physical, emotional, and financial. Unfortunately, Debbie and her family have been severely impacted.
A little about Debbie. First, if Debbie was reading this about you, she would have already hit the button to help you! We all know this about her. She is the first to come to someone else's aid, and the last to leave. She is tireless and selfless and puts herself last in all she does. She managed to raise three kids as a single mom, and still cares for an adult special-needs son, Christian, all while managing to work full time and still do so much for others. What, you ask? Well here is a sampling of her giving back:
Leadership roles in:
- Foster Angels
- KW Cares
- KW cultural ambassador for 5 years and committee chair for 8 (plans all charitable and recreational events, coordinating relief efforts)
- Reach St Pete
- PARC cleanup
- Red Day "Give Where You Live"
- Keep Pinellas Beautiful
- Pinellas Autism Group
- St Pete "Foolette" Volunteer
- Avid Group Golf Tournament Fundraiser
- Renaissance Academy Ravens Wing - Chairperson
- First Christian Acadeny substitute teacher and classroom liaison
- Autistic student liaison
As you can she, Debbie is a giver. Now it's time for all of us to return the favor and help her out! Please consider helping Debbie recover from the devastation of Hurricane Helene!
While there is some coverage from insurance, it will not come close to covering all the damage to her home and car and contents--nor will it cover her living expenses while the home is rehabilitated. So please, do a favor to a great friend to all of St Pete, Pinellas County and, frankly, the world. Any amount will help. THANK YOU on behalf of the Stuebs family. Please help her now!
