Help Deborah Birmingham's cancer battle
Donation protected
Hello,
Many Newfoundlanders remember her as a main voice on OZFM's Dawn Patrol. Deborah Birmingham brought laughter, light, and music to homes across the province for many years, helping people wake up every morning. Now she's in need of some help.
Deb has been diagnosed with B cell follicular lymphoma and is just beginning her treatment journey. She is also recovering from a surgery that removed melanoma from her leg.
With many hospital and doctor visits ahead for treatment, she is unable to work. We (her family) are helping any way we can, but we're putting out a call to see if fellow Newfoundlanders can provide any help as well, as Deb prepares for a difficult few months ahead.
We recognize it's a difficult time financially for many people right now, so any small donation is very appreciated. Even sharing this page to get it in front of more people is a great help.
We thank you in advance for any help at all - we hope this can take some stress off of Deb, so she can put all her focus on recovering.
Thank you!
