Help Delacruz family

Hi ! My name is Ana De La Cruz.

I am a single mother of 6 kids, 5 after my oldest son went to college.

I am making this GoFundMe due to the fact that I am low on money due to our current situation.

My family is being evicted from our current apartment because I was late on this months rent.

I received an eviction notice after 3 days which is unfair but the office hasn't been lenient with us.

Our neighbor from across the hall has also been harrasing us for the past 4 months.

There's is many pictures and videos showing what he does which we've shown the leasing office but again, they haven't done anything. He is constantly blocking our door, selling drugs, smoking weed in front of his 1 year old daughter, hitting his underage girlfriend, turning all our neighbors against me, damaging all of my cars, he has even gone as far as climbing over my balcony to try and "beat me up"

A detective filed a charge against him (Our neighbor) to pay for damage he made to a camera I have outside my door but he hasn't paid for it and I placed it there for safety reasons.

Because of that I haven't been able to work to provide for my family. I am self employed and working on my small plant and second hand furniture business.

Coming from a domestic violence situation with my ex husband and living in the car for over a month and a half, I don't have the energy or patience to be dealing with our neighbors and an eviction.

I have been to every court, office, police station and fundation looking for help with money, information or anything but I come home every day empty handed.

I am asking for any support. We are living in fear everyday with no one to help us.
