" Hello, My name is Delia and I have been diagnosed with Stage IV Liver Cancer. This has been a tough and emotional time as I was not expecting to start off the year this way. Thankfully my family have been by my side keeping me strong and my spirits high.
I've already started my Chemotherapy which unfortunately has led to multiple complications and some undesired affects on my body. With repeated visits to the ER due to the unbearable pain and being hospitalized for days on in it has not only a physical struggle but an emotional one, for myself and my family.
After much thought and research, I have decided to try a more holistic approach to help the curing of this disease.
I whole heartedly believe in the power of natural medicine and I know this will help heal not only my body but my mind and spirit.
The cost for treatment is $30,000+ -. In addition this will also help with other expenses like boarding/housing and travel as well with the cost of the pain prescriptions that my insurance has not been covering which is $500 + per box.
I am aware its a big goal to reach so I am humbly thankful for any amount of donations you can give. It would mean so much to me and my family to have an opportunity to be able to receive these treaments.
My Desire is to visit the Wellness center and start treatment as soon as possible so that I can have a better quality of life and get back to
enjoying time with my family and most importantly my grandkids. "
Backstory-
I have been out of work since June 2019 due to a shoulder injury following my shoulder operations and keeping up with routine physical therapy. Doctors found gallstones that were causing her pain and discomfort in my back and abdomen which eventually lead to the removal of her gallbladder. During that operation doctors found an infection which had spread to her liver and lymph-nodes . After taking a biopsy in Late February and countless trips to the ER, the Doctors confirmed that they found a tumor in the liver which was later confirmed to be Stage IV Liver Cancer.
