Help Dena Swingle Sims battle cancer

Hi, my name is Joyce Wilkins and I’m raising funds to help my sweet friend fight cancer.

Last month Dena Swingle Sims was diagnosed with colorectal cancer. Blindsided is an understatement.

Dena works harder than anyone I know as a caregiver and is now unable to work. Dena does not ask for help. SHE is the helper.

She needs every bit of energy to fight. She had her port placed today (12/2) and starts her chemotherapy December 13th.

If you know Dena you love her! If you don’t know her you’ll want to! Her heart is as big as they come, her smile and her laugh are so beautiful and genuine and her Faith is strong. She’s exhausted though.

Dena is in excruciating pain most of the day and night and she is 100% trying to stay focused. The stress and worry about her monthly bills and what her insurance doesn’t cover is something I’d like to help alleviate. All funds raised will go directly to Dena’s account for bill paying.
