Help Denise Fight Breast Cancer
Donation protected
In March of 2016, my mom Denise Berstler was diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer for the first time. After receiving a lumpectomy and removing a portion of her lymph nodes, she was happy to hear that she was cancer free.
Unfortunately, cancer is a stubborn beast with an agenda of its own. 13 months later her cancer returned at stage 3. Now she is facing chemotherapy, a double mastectomy, and radiation.
My mom began her chemo therapy on May 8th, and will continue her treatments for the next 4 months. The fatigue, nausea and inability to get through a normal work day, has made her work availability limited to every other week.
Due to the cancer returning for a second time, she has the 2016 and 2017 deductible expenses to pay. The medical bills, co-pays, and cost of her prescriptions are overwhelming for our family.
I've created this page to help pay for the medical expenses and loss of income through my mom’s treatments.
Mom, you are the most beautiful and selfless person I know. We are all here to help you fight this battle. I love you more than anything in this world. Be Strong and Fight the Fight!
Thank you all for taking the time to read my mother’s story. We appreciate all of your love, support, and prayers through this difficult time.
