Help Denise get her prosthetic leg

Hi, I am Renee and I am starting this gofundme for my Best Friend, Denise Charles Frazier. In 2012 Denise was diagnosed with Metastatic Breast Cancer which has spread and now she has stage 4 Bone Cancer. The cancer spread to other parts of her body as well, including her leg that was amputated on January 7th, 2022 due to damage from radiation. The radiation caused her veins to collapse and stopped blood flow to her leg. Her vascular doctor fought hard to save her leg which included doing two bypasses and both failed.

Denise is in dire need of help financially as she has doctor and hospital bills piling up and having to worry about coming up with a lot of money to get her prosthesis. Her last stay at the hospital after getting an above knee amputation cost $158,000. Her insurance will only cover so much and she needs a good chunk of money in order to get her prosthetic leg. The prosthetic leg costs almost $29,000 and even after insurance she still needs help to get her prosthetic leg and the therapy that she will have to endure to be able to walk again.
