Help Derek to care for his ill husband

Hi. My name is Nicole and I have created this fundraiser for my dear friend Derek. He is anamzaing person and I couldnt have gotten through my Mom's illness and passing without him. He was there for me every step of the way guiding me as I cared for her and he performed her memorial service.

His wonderul husband, JD, has been struggling with long term heart and kidney failure. While being treated for these conditions, he contracted pneumonia and is now in the ICU in very serious condition. As of 12/7 the doctors we have learned that he has an anuerism and will need surgery quickly after they can clear the lungs. 

Derek will need to cease working in order attend to his husband 24/7.  Your donation will help with living expenses, food, and additional medical expenses that insurance won't cover. Your support will help them get through this trying time until Derek can return to work.
