Help Deshaun Hill Jr.’s Family- The North Star

Hi, my name is Laurice and I am fundraising for Deshaun Hill Jr. On Wednesday February 9th, 2022, a tragedy took place, a star high school athlete rushed to the ER facing a life-threatening injury. Deshaun is a sophomore at North Community High School where he is an all around all-star athlete, but football was the apple of his eye. What has happened is beyond comprehension and the community is still in shock. Deshaun is such a compassionate and loving young man. Deshaun is an amazing son, brother and friend who touched the lives of everyone he had met with his infectious smile and humble personality. This is not the story of a kid getting caught up in the streets, quite the contrary. Deshaun is an honor roll student, what many have described as a “perfect” kid. He is the heart of the North community, a representation of what could be, what should be.

While his family has already received numerous emails, texts and calls from people asking how to help, this fundraiser has been created to support the family in their deepest time of need.
