Help Desiree Halstead fight uterine cancer!

Let me introduce to you Desiree Halstead, married to and in love with Kris Halstead since they were 14 years old. They have a son Hunter who is 24 years old. Desiree has always cared for others with love, compassion, and care as an RN and now she is battling STAGE 3 CANCER.

The cancer is in her uterus, ovaries, lower abdomen, lymph nodes and possibly moving into her lungs (scans yet to come). Desiree started this week with an aggressive round of chemo and will have three treatments in total over the next couple months, with hopes of shrinking the cancerous tumor before attempting surgery to remove it.

During these treatments and in preparation for surgery, her ability to work is very limited and possibly not allow her to work at all. We ask anyone who knows Desiree (or just hates cancer) to help her and her family with this battle and consider a financial contribution to help with medical bills and loss wages.
