Help Devan get his life saving surgery

Devan is in desperate need of a surgery to remove a lump in his throat. It causes difficulty eating most of the time and he has trouble keeping most foods down. The surgery requires a pet specialist surgeon so its costly, but with enough help he could get it done and live out the rest of his life in comfort and happiness with his family and his 4 year old human sister.
