Help DFW Judoka and Wrestler get to the Worlds!

We are reaching out to the DFW Judo and Wrestling communities to help send Kaycie Tanimoto to China!

20 year old Kaycie will be traveling to Chengdu, China to represent Team USA at the World University Games!

Kaycie qualified for the Games by winning gold at the Collegiate National Judo Championships in San Jose California. Kaycie grew up doing Judo in Hawaii and moved to Fort Worth in High School where she became a Wrestling Stand out including becoming 2021 national runner up, Fargo All American and ranked #8 at 100lbs by USA Wrestling. After graduating Kaycie moved on to Texas Wesleyan University where she has continued her Wrestling success by winning the 2023 York Open and becoming 2023 SAC Conference runner up.

Monies raised for the trip will go towards Airfare, Fixed 7 night hotel cost, Visas, Team USA apparel, IJF Approved Judo gi’s and belt.
