Help Dilara Heal: VERY Urgent Medical Support Needed

Hi.

I have been diagnosed with a very serious illness and am unable to pay for my medical needs. I have been in ER four times during the last six weeks and am waiting for a specialist to see me. In the meantime, every day is a very difficult battle.

I love my country and all of the people I have connected with through my journey of truth.

In 2017 I gave up a career in law to tell the truth. Many of you may know me through my social media accounts (I used to be @DilaraEsengil on Twitter) and my podcast A Fistful Of Truth. I have never asked for money from anyone in my life. This is so serious, I don't know how long I have until a solution is found. I am unable to sleep or eat much and don't look like my picture at the moment. I would upload one but you all wouldn't recognize me.

I lost many people in my family and have no one to fall back on since the pandemic.

I am selling my car which is my last possession but that will take time and will barely cover what I already owe. I have no money for rent or food and someone kind has been helping me for a few years but they are now unable to help anymore due to their own financial crisis.

I feel so horrible asking for help but I want to live so badly. I want to be of service to others and help people again.

My life was spent in SVU initially working in the DA's office and then I had a long journey which led me to where I am today.

I have helped many children and adults through SVU crimes and have never stopped to this day. I will never stop loving others, God and Jesus Christ. I will work for them here and after.

Please help me heal and I will pay it back again ten fold.

God spoke this to me:

And while I work and clean the Earth,

Be still and know my dearest child,

That what’s to come is truly the best.
