Help disabled artist secure housing

My current roommates are leaving the lease they were on, so I need to move out and find a place to live by October 1st. I’m looking to raise money for the inevitable security depot and first and last month’s rent. I can afford to pay rent around $500/month but those start up costs are preventing me from being able to secure a place to live. In the past I’ve lost apartment opportunities because someone else had the full amount of money first. 


I suffer from a condition called complex-PTSD. This condition makes holding a steady job difficult for me, which is why I have such a low income. I experience many symptoms of the condition. If you’re curious, there is plenty of information available online about C-PTSD.
